Vaccination

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I know that K-1s don't need to have the needed Vaccination until AOS. However, many members on this forum suggest having the vaccination taken care of prior to leaving China because it's much cheaper to get the shots, if needed, in China.

I remember reading comments that there is a hospital/clinic near the Consulate in Guangzhou where one can obtain the International Vaccination Booklet. (my SO has her vaccination records, so I am thinking all she need is to exchange her records, which is certified by a hospital in her home town, for the yellow booklet.)

Does anyone have any information on:

1. What's the name of the hospital/clinic?

2. Where is it?

3. Any experiences/advice/know hows you may have on exchanging your vaccination records for the yellow international vaccination booklet?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Fang Yu Zhan (Epidemic Prevention Center) on Sha Mian Island, Guangzhou. I was told vaccination is only available in Sha Mian, if you get PE in Guangzhou.

"get PE in Guangzhou"

What does this mean??

I was told when people have physical examination in other authorized hospitals in Guangzhou, they still need to go to Sha Mian for vaccination.

Vaccination only available in Sha Mian.
