Trigg
Sounds like you are in line for an interviewless green card. OR, they are taking a final opportunity to mess with you! Link to comment
tywy_99
They cancelled our scheduled appointment right at the last minute on the USCIS "online" set-up but we went anyways! We got through the doors and past the guards with our AOS interview letter and then checked in by the clerk. We sat and waited until we were called. The IO never mentioned anything about a cancellation and I never brought it up!We had my wife's I-693 to turn in since we didn't mail it with the I-485. I would think they would want that! The reason for the cancellation was never given by the USCIS. It only said that the appointment was cancelled and that it would be rescheduled to another date. Rick-Guohua
We also had an Appointment date sent to us, Then a week later we got a letter of Cancellation, I called the local office here and was told,,, If you have a cancellation notice, The interview was Cancelled for a good reason. I think it was 3 weeks later we recieved both my wife and daughter G/card. Link to comment
DocMartin817
This is exactly what happened to us. It was sent to California -- no interview. Both the letter of welcome and green card arrived the same day. The turnaround time was very fast once we got our vaccination info sent in to them. Link to comment
winger696969
Thanks for the replys i am hoping that we will get the green card with no interview. If we do we have been extremely lucky so far in our journey. Thanks again. Jim and Ying Link to comment
