In package 3 and 4, we need to fill in information about beneficiary's parent.

If one of beneficiary's parent died, do they need to have a notarization of death certificate.

Because there is no mention about their parent's death in beneficiary's birth notarization.

A beneficiary's notarial birth certificate does not need to specify whether the beneficiary's parents have passed away or not. It's possible a consular officer may want proof of the beneficiary's parent's death, however, if it is pertinent to the relationship in question.

 

In general, it's best to be prepared with supporting documents!
