But VO put their both packages together. So if K1 go to the US, her pacakge and her kid's package will be kept by the american aboard officer. What should K1 do to separate package of k1 and k2, so k2 can hold his/her own package when he/she come to the US later. What should people do in advance to avoid this problem? I emailed the consulate,they replied me. They still didn't get my case yet. I called DOS,they told me that my case is pending. I dunno what I suppose to do but be patient to wait. Good luck. BTW,if you want to correct your information about the address in the US. It's not a big deal.You could just write the new address in the forms of p3,p4. If you want to be sure about it,you could attach a piece of paper to explain about it.

In package 3 and 4, we need to fill in information about beneficiary's parent. If one of beneficiary's parent died, do they need to have a notarization of death certificate. Because there is no mention about their parent's death in beneficiary's birth notarization. Thanks for your time.
