Co Sponsor for Affidavit of Support

My question is:

 

If a petitioner for a K1 visa has a low income (because of being a student) will that be unfavorable even with a co-sponsor who fills out an I-134?

I don't recall reading any denials related to petitioners with co-sponsors. Maybe some 'old timers' will pipe up. I mean, Tonado is not such an old timer hahahahaha, it's just that he is usually right.
