My wife was refused to get the travel visa in GZ one time. How can she choose, yes or no?

I may be wrong, but I don't think GZ is a Port of Entry. They just issue visas or deny them. I would think she should answer no. But wait for other ideas on this thread before acting on my advice.

That is a nice thing about these kind of forms: they are designed to make sense on the very surface, without any special interpretation needed. The common sense answer is always right: it has got to be, you know, because these same forms are used by literally millions of people.

Having never been to a port of entry for the United States, the answer must be no. There is nothing hidden there. It is not a trick question.
