P4-DS-156K What to attach?

This document says: The following documents must be attached in order to apply for a fiance nonimmigrant VISA. Then it lists a bunch of things requested in the P3. My question is in regards to bullet "*Evidence of engagement to your fiance." What are they looking for here? Is this the proof of relationship if not then what?

In our case, it is my letter stating both my desire and my intent to marry my fiancee when she arrives in the United States, and her letter stating her desire and intent to marry me.

We also submitted only the curent letters of intent as direct evidence of being engaged. No big, or little, rings, no ring receipts, no engagement party photos and no photos of me on bended knee, although we have some.
