I'd be very careful of following VJs advice... they have so many threads going and so much discussion that it's almost impossible to know who really has anything correcting another person or who is up to date.

 

They generally seem to be telling people , when in doubt, put a YES and let USCIS figure it out.. ( IMO, this is the wrong way to go about returning the RFE)... I agree with Randy's refrain up till now: Be very careful and sure of a YES before putting YES.

 

I like one of VJs threads which was titled something like, "How many IMBRA threads do we need?"
