Uh ohhhh I-864a boo boo?

Recommended Posts

Was so busy I think I might have been overthinking when I did this line.

I-864A,Line23. My current annual individual income ______________

I entered what had been earned up until this month.

The more I read that, the more it seems like maybe they wanted an estimate of what would be earned overall this year. Is that what was intended?

Yes. Unless your employment changed, you would simply put in last year's income. Otherwise, either an estimate or a statement of your current annual salary would be appropriate.

The 864A is only nessecary if you need help from other people to make it over the poverty line.
