I was arrested and procecuted for "

1- contempt of court

2- disorderly conduct

 

1 was dismissed as I pleaded guilty on 2

2 was dismissed after 1 year probation.

 

bottom line is:

is that part of what ever question 2 they are asking: "2 have you ever been convicted by a court of law of, ......" ????

It says for any of the following crimes and then lists the crimes. The offenses you listed do not pertain to this form. I do not think you should check anything.

I concur. "Disorderly conduct" is not listed. If that's all you were "convicted" of (pleading guilty is a conviction) then you simply check nothing and add nothing to the papers you must return.
