I-864 question or 2

I couldnt find my 2003 tax info, so I requested a new one. Then I got to wondering, do they want a copy of the EZ tax form that is filled out by hand and sent in (notarized or something)? Or is there like some special printout I would need?

 

I wanted to go ahead and have all my forms and documents together, and ready to go once they send me the I-864.

 

My father does the taxes for both my mother and himself, and always offers to do mine...and I always let him...knowing how fun taxes are, I couldn't take that fun from him.

You might want to confirm whether NVC follows the guidance in http://travel.state.gov/visa/laws/telegram...grams_2863.html which says only the most recent tax return is now required in lieu of three years.

For the I-130's I-864, I only sent NVC my 2005 tax return (since they just asked for the most recent year return), and NVC okayed it.

By the way, the reason why I only sent NVC my 2005 tax return is that NVC's instruction sheet clearly specifies the most recent year tax return.
