miker32us
I did a Google search on USCIS CSC telephone numbers this morning and found this law office had posted a lot of information about the CSC including the e-mail addresses for various types of forms being processed. Has anyone used these e-mails before? For example, CSC.XII.130@dhs.gov would be used for I-130 processing questions. http://www.immigration.com/newsletter1/cscdivxii.html They apparently go to the CSC Congressional liaison and ombudsmen office. I assume these e-mail are for the ombudsman. I will try each one and then try the FAX numbers. Link to comment
miker32us
I just faxed a letter to CSC and the fax went through. CSC has a fax inquiry sheet with the fax numbers on it according to the immigration application type. http://www.artistsfromabroad.org/pdf/a_blankcscfax.pdf Link to comment

RLS
Well, I used the email that David gave. I have sent an email and it didn't bounce back. Let's see what happens. Fingers crossed. Link to comment
RLS
I did use that email address. The email never bounced back, nor have they responded. Maybe in a couple more days. In my email I kept it simple and asked what was happening with my case and if RFE's are being sent. I also was able to talk to a human by calling the customer service number for USCIS. The guy I talked to was obviously not located at my CIS center and could only tell me that I would not be able to find out anything until after the 120 day deadline. He knew nothing about RFE's and not much about anything. I had to do most of the talking and he did very little of it. He was able to say, at the end of the conversation, "thank you for calling USCIS, is there anything else I can help you with today?" I thought of choice replies, but, I said "no, I guess that about covers it." Link to comment
