My question is:

 

Is it possible to file for AOS in USA and in the meantime the I-130 is still working too? So in this case, if we get an interview date in GUZ before AOS interview in USA, could we have an opportunity to choose to go back to China for the interview?

 

Case type, K3/4, married over 2 years.

 

Please explain to us.

There are some K visa beneficiaries who choose to return to China for their IR interviews. You should carefully consider the pros and cons of this option, especially if the benficiary's K visa is no longer valid.
