We will never know the exact process. By it's very nature security clearances have some secrecy.

Randy, I have the latest version of Adobe, but, for some reason, it will not open up those links. I have tried right clicking as you suggested. I try to save the link. It gets about half way through saving it, then I get a message that it is not a valid file.

RLS I had no problem opening the links except for the visajourney links. Seems they want a username or something.
