Favor
Does a K1 beneficiary who has an affidavit of support (I-134)from their petitioner need to show their bank account statement at the Visa interview? Thanks in anticipation of a quick response. Link to comment

However, the Visa Officer CAN ask for just about anything. Tax returns are a more common request than bank statements. Link to comment

If income is sufficient, proof of assets (bank statements) is not needed. Link to comment
yuehan123
"They" are far more likely to ask for W-2s and tax returns than bank statements as long as your income meets requirements. We were not asked for bank statements at either interview. At the AOS interview they did ask for, and keep, a copy of 2005 1040. Link to comment
