Tian9426
We received a notice today saying "This is to advise you that in order to speed processing we have transferred the above case to the following INS office for processing: California Service Center Then I have an email notice saying: Current Status: On May 5, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. 270 to 300 days means "speed processing"? I am puzzled. Thanks, Link to comment
david_dawei
check out this thread and list of lucky people:http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14871 I think your about to have your name added to those who get the Greencard WITHOUT an interview.. Link to comment
frank1538
I'd certainly take it as a good sign. While I haven't checked, it seems that CSC may be the only service center processing cases for approval without interview. Link to comment
yuehan123
I would take a transfer to CSC as good news, fantatic news! I would completely ignore any government posted time lines. Link to comment
