My last prediction was off by 4 days:

P3: April 14, 2006 +/-8 days

If you mail out the response to P3 by May 1, 2006

Then,

P4: June 26 +/- 10 days

Interview: July 20 +/- 15 days

 

For whatever it worth, here are the new predictions:
