If my memory is all there.. during the "September Tsunami" of 35 interviews, quite a few reported not getting them in a timely manner, although they called (as you) and got the dates... You definitely need this letter, so call DOS back through next week till you hear something different.. If you don't have a clear response within a week, I'd email GUZ to tell them you didn't get the P4... Link to comment

Has anyone not got the medical forms and other forms like 156, 157 in her/his P3? Our P3 has just 169 and 230-I. Is it true that right now K3's P3 does not contain the medical forms, 230-II form, and others, instead, these forms will come with P4? Should I call or email GUZ about this right away? I got a little bit confused about the disparity in English version and Chinese version P3 content posted at GUZ website.
