Now, I really need your help... My case had beend forward back to GUZ since sep. 14, 2005, but until now I have get nothing, and I had called DOS and e-mailing GUZ, but I got that answer from GUZ "Dear petitioner, Your case is under administrative processing and the namecheck clearance is pending. An interview appointment will not be scheduled until the namecheck clearance is completed." what's the meaning of under adm. processing? and I was wondering how come the namecheck still pending? GOD... It is anyone can help me? or give me some advise? or do I need to e-mail to the Senator ask for help? CR-112/13/2004 P104/07/2005 P205/2005-8/2005 P39/14/2005 CASE forward to GUZ......Pending......Pending... Link to comment

The data from the last 12 months of CR1's continues to show the wait time from the arrival of your papers at Guz (P3 equivilent) to the P4 (notice of interview) (and add 30-60 days until the interview) is averaged at 225 days. There is not a strong indication as of yet of faster general CR1 processing although it looks hopeful. The last 10 CR1's on 001 have the following wait times. Number of days from P3 to P4 28313992222232365193194176218 (Average 211 days since start of 2006) Link to comment
