I'm a member of candleforlove already few months, but I don't post much because I am not as knowledgeable on this subject as many of you are. Now, I really need your help... My case had beend forward back to GUZ since sep. 14, 2005, but until now I have get nothing, and I had called DOS and e-mailing GUZ, but I got that answer from GUZ "Dear petitioner, Your case is under administrative processing and the namecheck clearance is pending. An interview appointment will not be scheduled until the namecheck clearance is completed." what's the meaning of under adm. processing? and I was wondering how come the namecheck still pending? GOD... It is anyone can help me? or give me some advise? or do I need to e-mail to the Senator ask for help? Hi.. everyone I'm new on this board, nice to meet all of you!! I'm filing for CR-1, I had sent out my DS-230 last month and NVC signed on 8/2, but untill now my file still in NVC and the automated answer just keep telling me that " The NVC had received..... to take 6 to 8...". It that anyboby had experienced on that? or anyone know how long it will take the file to send to GUZ from the DS-230 on NVC to GUZ? Thank you !!! 12/14/2004 NO-1
