Does my SO receive 2 P3 in china? one for her and one for daughter ? Link to comment
LeeFisher3 Posted January 26, 2006 Report Share Posted January 26, 2006 When the P3 arrives, if the should show the child's name on the cover letter along with your SO. If they only send 1 DS-230 part 1 you will need to have your SO find a copy machine and copies of everything that needs to be returned to prevent a slowdown in the process. You can also begin now in helping to get the paperwork ready for both of them for P3 so it is ready to return when they receive the packet. Link to comment

Depending on where you file maybe as much as 4-10 months. for now concentrate on the I-129f--that'll keep you crazy enough for while!! Link to comment
