ameriken
I take those with a grain of salt: wondered how accurate those dates were. Ours wents like this: our receipt date is July 18, 2005. For the whole month of August, the NSC posted they were processing receipt dates of May 1. Then, on Sept 1, it finally changed to receipt dates of July 1, 2005. 6 days later we got NOA2....remember our reciept date is July 18, 2005 Go figure........... Link to comment

Guest ShaQuaNew
I've been in contact with the USCIS regarding Richard. He can cook real good, but he has a fantasy of others eating everything on their plates. God help those that do not. This footnote is not meant in any way whatsoever to suggest or postualate any negative information to any human living or dead. If it does, tough toenails. Link to comment

jemmyell
Hello, What's a pipe steak? My specialty is California Barbeque, Tri Tip sandwiches. I also do Kansas city style baby back ribs (baked, NOT boiled) over mesquite with a homemade sweet and sour orange rib sauce. -James Link to comment

chef4u
Darn, The other Richard comes around and it just automatically goes to food. The posted times at USCIS are often behind the actual processing curves. I found that watching the specific forum for MY service center (i.e., CSC for I-130 or MSC for my I-129F) at visajourney.com gave a far more realistic idea of what REALLY was up! Also I think it is the AILA website that often posts a more realistic or current view of processing times than the SC's. Signed: The OTHER Richard that sometimes posts stuff about food too! 185639[/snapback]Well Richard...getting back on topic. Thanks for the info on visajourney.com. According to their site, if I understand it correctly, says that the average between NOA1 & NOA2 out of CSC, (where we are) is approx 59 days. So, I am only four days past that average. signed: Richard the food guy Edited January 25, 2006 by chef4u (see edit history) Link to comment
jemmyell
Jeez Richard, Out west and on ZZ top albums it's usually called tube steak... lol, forgive me for taking you seriously in culinary matters! Next thing you know we will be discussing Pearl Necklaces and moved right over to Twisted Candle. -James Link to comment
