My lawyer and I will prepare the forms and send them back to her for signature and submittal. I will also include an explanation of our K2. Some of you may remember ... the short form is: Father has custody and demands 200,000RMB for his permission for her to emmigrate, she turns 18 in August and then does not need permission, mother and daughter will interview together, K2 may be delayed until 18th birthday, K2 will follow to join when school finishes. I plan to include USCONGZ's post on this subject as a reference. Additionally, I hope to be able to visit the consulate the Friday before they interview to discuss the K2 timing. Link to comment
