ÔÚ×öÁËN¶àµÄÖйú²ËÒÔºó...ÖÕÓÚ¾ö¶¨Òª×öµãÎ÷ʽµÄ...¾Í´ÓÌðÆ·»¹ÊÇ°É..

1.Stir flour with baking soda and salt;set aside

2.Beat buuter with sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until creamy and lightened in color(about 4 minutes),add vanilla and eggs, one at a time,mixing on low speed until incorporated

3.Gradually blend dry mixture(flourand others) into creamed mixture.

4.Preheat oven to 375F

5.Stir in chocolate chips and nuts(if desired)

6.Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.

(Tips: don't forget to spray before load cookie on it and the size should be no more a PingPang ball)

7.Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.

(Tips: watch it carefully as it will over cooked in minute)

 

Yield: 4 dozen cookies(I think more like 5)

2 1/4 cups unsifted flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup butter,softened

3/4 cup brown sugar abd regular sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups Chocolate Chips

1 cup chopped walnuts pecans(optional)

½ñÌ쿾ÁËÓñÃ׸âCorn Bread.

Ö±½ÓÓÃÁËÓ¡ÔÚÓñÃ×Ãæ·Û°ü×°ÉϵIJËÆ×£º

2 tablespoons cooking oil

2 cups enriched Washington Self-Rising Corn Meal

1 tablespoon sugar (optional ÎÒÓÃÁËÉÙÐíºìɳÌÇBrown Sugar)

1 1/3 cups milk

1 egg, slightly beaten (ÎÒ¶à¼ÓÁËÒ»¸öµ°£©

Preheat oven to 450F. Put cooking oil into cast iron skillet or 8'' or 9'' square pan, place in oven until hot. Combine corn meal and sugar. Combine milk and egg; add to dry ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour batter into hot skillet or pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
