Joanne Posted January 18, 2006 Report Share Posted January 18, 2006 ½ñÌ쿾ÁËÓñÃ׸âCorn Bread.Ö±½ÓÓÃÁËÓ¡ÔÚÓñÃ×Ãæ·Û°ü×°ÉϵIJËÆ×£º2 tablespoons cooking oil2 cups enriched Washington Self-Rising Corn Meal1 tablespoon sugar (optional ÎÒÓÃÁËÉÙÐíºìɳÌÇBrown Sugar)1 1/3 cups milk1 egg, slightly beaten (ÎÒ¶à¼ÓÁËÒ»¸öµ°£©Preheat oven to 450F. Put cooking oil into cast iron skillet or 8'' or 9'' square pan, place in oven until hot. Combine corn meal and sugar. Combine milk and egg; add to dry ingredients; stir until smooth.
