one thing i wanna make sure is that i can not do anything about the Social Security No. or the Green Card before i get married, is that right? after marriage, i must fill out forms and send all them out within 30 days,correct? i hope you can help me so that i dont need to worry about miss out anything.

HUH??? You can indeed get the SSN before you are married. I'm not sure how long after marriage you must send in the AOS forms--30 days does not ring a bell.

As a K1, you can get the SSN prior to marriage.. I'd recommend you try to get this ASAP. This helps her to get a state ID, on your bank account, etc.

 

The trouble is getting the SSN office to recognize that your SO is permitted to get a SS card...

You must marry within 90 days; Try to file AOS within that period as well... so marry earlier than 90 days and get that certified certificate...
