chef4u
Is there any data that shows the time frame between NOA1 and NOA2?Also, I just received my NOA1 today. Iwent to put my receipt number in the USCIS.GOV site and received an error message that says no such receipt number exist. Any reason for this? My cooking is not really that bad Link to comment

LeeFisher3
David is probably taking his shower break now, your petition should be completed by CSC, who will send you NOA-2, then it is sent to NVC. For K-1 this is usually a fairly quick process, but some have hit a snag with the name check there. In our case we were in and out the door in 10 days. As for the number not showing up, give it a day and hopefully it will appear. CSC has been known to not get something right in the computer system and in one case it only appeared after they approved the petition. Link to comment
Yuanyang
Richard, As others have also said: CSC is now your center since TSC passed it off to them. CSC will send it to NVC from there. We're going CR1/CR2 (I-130), see my timeline below. I don't want to frighten you with it but CSC has been painfully slow. On the other hand, the P3 seem to have picked up. Go figure. From what I have read, and experienced, expect and brace yourself for the worst, be surprised by anything else. Link to comment

Yuanyang
Richard, The increased time has been a trend for CR1s(I130s) since April. I can't say that I've examined K1s closely to see if it applies to them also. Link to comment

If they are taken out, then CSC drops to 86, which is close to the 001 average of 83... --- VSC (CFL) had one person at almost 400 days.. take that out and VSC goes to 31 days, which is truly what we see... --- TSC (001) had a number of over 600; another at almost 240. Take out the first and it goes to 95; Also take out the second and it goes to 90 days. CFL runs at 70 days. Edited December 6, 2005 by DavidZixuan (see edit history) Link to comment
