i was wondering if i should worry about my change of address....

i started out filing our k1 at one address and she just recieved the p3 writing down a new home address of mine.

is this a concern?

i told our lawyers but they always seem like there is never any trouble for anything.

also how can i find out if the GUZ has received the P3 yet?

I wouldn't worry about your change of address as long as she puts the new address on all the forms for P-3 P-4. You won't be getting anymore notices until after AOS anyway. To find out if they have P-3 you can call DOS, email them or have your SO call the worthless call center. You could phone the call center too but it is difficult to get an english speaking person there.

My wife changed her address right before they sent her the P3 and they called her on a Saturday to ask for her address in Chinese. There was no problem. Actually , I intiated the process with an email to Guz.

Send a email to Guz to answer your question. they will respond very quickly, usually in 24 hours...

Call DOS 202 663 1225 options 1-1-0 . Or, the Visa Call Center, I believe GUZ is trying to get away from emails and direct phone calls so they can process visas more quickly.

 

Here are their instructions to me, regarding address change and finding out about P3.

 

You can fax us Ms. XXX's address in Chinese characters to (8620) 3884-4412.

We will also need her contact phone number and zip code.
