How to write an appeal letter

Recommended Posts

Judges are always:  Your Honor

Unless you are writing to a specific one in which case you specify them by name: The Honorable Beevis N Butthead

I would agree with using "Your Honor" as it is also fitting for both M/F.

I think Beevis n Butthead would be more appropriate for writing an attorney firm......'The Law offices of............'

Maybe it's none of my business, but I'm just curious as to the need for an "appeal letter".

I agree with Frank. Knowing the reason for the letter takes precedence over to how you address the reader.

I'm guessing that you will NOT be addressing a specific Judge but most likely the court. If that is the case you would address the letter completely differently.

Please take a moment to fill us in with the details of your case and we will be better able to help you....
