If your interview was in November, you have a very good chance of being in the clearances that are being processed now. I don't know where you live, but you need to also figure a wait on regular mail from Guangzhou as the consulate has started sending out notices by regular mail.

 

Keep checking on this site and you will get an idea of when people start getting notices.

At this point, all you can do is wait and see. Also, may be a good idea just to e-mail GZ to see what kind of response you get, if any. By the way, what type of visa did you apply for, K1?
