If the interviews are indeed 'not pre-determined' and the VOs have little time to review the packets prior to the interview, why is there such a great variation in what is asked for during the interview? People in the same week are reporting being asked for photos and/or financials and others are asked as few as three questions and nothing else is requested to view (no photos, no financials).
