OneSuite.com and DynaSky.com are the same!

OneSuite.com and DynaSky.com are the same!

both are owned by Vertex Telecom

I called my DynaSky local number and I got a canned apology from OneSuite! Then I did a web search and found the company that built all the websites for Vertex:

http://www.vonleffern.com/work.php?page=client24

DynaSky claims local access numbers for China, but apparently they are for Taiwan and Hong Kong. My Fiancee can't use the number they gave me 'for all of China'.

I think I have been had by OneSuite AGAIN!

I felt this was somewhat topical since many people here abandoned OneSuite and went to DynaSky after OneSuite crashed (which I was using too) holding all of our phone records in limbo. I just felt that everybody had a right to know they were giving their money to the same unrelaible company.

Maybe, but they do have different local access numbers here. I was just able to ressurect my onesuite account. Can't afford to lose the 3 bucks and change, ya know. Had to reset my password and then redo the zip dial and that stuff. Kinda of a pain in the butt, but we'll use it up and then stay with dynasky - they're .2 cents cheaper per minute to China.

I switched to DynaSky when OneSuite crashed. I was curious, as some of the voice menus were identical to OneSuite's.

However, until the crash, OneSuite provided reliable and good quality service for the two years I've used them. I rarely had any trouble accessing the service (occasionally on holidays when the traffic was heavy), but otherwise pretty solid.

I haven't gone back to OneSuite, and it really doesn't matter to me if they and DynaSky are the same company.

Hello,

Yes, I used OneSuite long before I met my SO, but I had set up a special account so that I could track the phone calls to China. Now that OneSuite is back up and I was able to print my records I am not so unhappy :D. I also was pleased with their service before the crash.

I also opened up a DynaSky account when OneSuite crashed. A very attractive option was the offered feature of originating calls from China. However, the number DynaSky gave us for 'all of China' does not work for North China. In addition, they only have support numbers for inside China that are in Taiwan or Hong Kong. They have not returned my fiancee's email (in Chinese) about this issue either.

So, has anybody had their SO successfully originate a call from mainland China using DynaSky?

My SO just tried this and the 1081-8111 does NOT work from North China. It is not a valid number there.
