giddyup888 Posted September 25, 2005 Report Share Posted September 25, 2005 Hi Allquick question, Can I use 1-134 affidivit support for my parent-in-law to come to US and visit us? or does my wife has to file the affidivit using her name for them? my wife is pregnant, and I wanted her parent to be here during her final month pregency. what's the best way to do this? pls help.thanksFelix Link to comment
Trigg Posted September 25, 2005 Report Share Posted September 25, 2005 You really don't need an afidavit of support but it may help. I would use the I-134. It's waht GZ wants for otheer visa so it should do the trick. Link to comment

The best tie is another child who lives in China. They also want to know their finances such as homes owned, bank account and income in China. Link to comment
