Can someone confirm what documents from the P3....

Hi All,

 

My wife just received the P3 ! ! ! ! Yea This is a K3 application.

 

Can anybody confirm that I have the proper understanding of "what forms need to be returned to the consulate to have the interview date set"?

 

I understand that she only has to return 2 forms right now - The "part one" of the "OF-230" ....... and the "P3 Supplemental Info Sheet".......??? IS THIS CORRECT????

 

Lastly - I have read about "out of date" forms being sent ........ How do I know if what I have received is the proper document (current in use)???

 

The return address I see is:

Immigrant visa Unit

1 South Shamian Street

Guangzhou, PR China 510133 Is this the new address???

Congratulations Scott Thats a big step

 

She needs to return the OF-169 it is a check list of items needed for the interview and she has to sign it also. The DS-230 part one. I think the supplemantal sheet is for K-1's but I am not sure. I can't remember if she has any children coming, if so they need the DS-230 part one also.

 

The only outdated form I recall hearing of recently was the I-134, that was almost a year ago and you supply that for her for the interview

 

Get those back ASAP to get in queue for the interview
