Signature on forms

For P4 forms to complete before the interview, what have other people done. Have you signed them using your Chinese name and characters or have you signed using Pinyin?

 

I think for our P3 forms we just used a Pinyin signature, but just wanted to be sure for the P4 and any medical forms that will be reviewed by the Chinese medical staff, and at the consulate later.

As best I can recall, when the form wants a signature in the native language, that form will specify to use the native language. Otherwise we signed in pinyin.

I had her sign both english and chinese

best to sign as is indicated on the form.... if not specified, do both pinyin and chinese.......
