kfman Posted June 16, 2005 Report Share Posted June 16, 2005 Ok, my beautiful and gracious wife decided to send me copies of the p4 paperwork so I can help her fill it out. Not a bad decision, however, the mail sometimes works just a tad slowly. Is there a place I can get a view of the paperwork she needs to fill out? So I can help her. We are less then two weeks from DDay... and I have checked todays mail, and its not here yet.. soooooo...... Can I access the forms online? Anyone knowledgable know? Link to comment

Guest Gene Posted June 16, 2005 Report Share Posted June 16, 2005 You need the DOS medical forms, Giv-24 Family composition form, and so forth. They are the same K-1,K-3, CR-1 . Talk to your wife on the phone and get the form numbers off the ones she has IE; DS-2025, DS-2026, GIV-24 and you will find them in the links and resources for P-3, P-4 forms for the K-1 Link to comment
