This list reflects the Monday/Tuesday theory and earliest guess. P4 is the guess of the date on the Interview letter. P3 to P4 is how many days between. Format changed to P3 received/P3 letter date to maximize data from 001 forum. Still need all the dates possible to calculate and monitor change.

Calculations are so that you can compare to real numbers above. Includes projected decrease in time based on previous month decrease.

Red---- = P3 entered in Computer

Blue--- = P3 received at GUZ (Mail delivery of P3 papers)

Green-- = P3 sent to GUZ

Pink--- = P3 received from GUZ

Orange- = P3 uncertain

Brown-- = DS-230 Sent to NVC or Received

Directions to enter your time line. (From John & Hai Yan)

At the top of this page you will see a tool bar that has the words "Your Control Panel." Click on these words to go to your control panel. On the upper left you will see a list of functions that you can perform. Look for the the words "Edit my signature." Click on these words and when the next window opens, there will be a box where you can type in your timeline. After you are finished, click on the button below the box that says, "Update my Signature."

 

Whats an informative time line? As much as possible about everything. But for the purposes of this list, specifically at least the following.

How do you get this information?

By calling DOS at 1-202-663-1225, Press 1, then 0, then 0, have your GUZ number, your fiance/spouse/family member name and birthdate available and ask your question.

Well it looks like my name checks and pre interview clearance are completed according to an email I got from GUZ. It says we are in the queue for interviews to be scheduled.

The USC is the space to put whether you went to the Interview or not with your SO. We probably need to adjust this in the future for display purposes.

You got put into this list becaude we did not hear from you within the same week of the interview. It only means that when we posted this list, at that moment in time we had not heard from you, and so you moved up. That way historically, one can go from week to week, and still see if we heard from the person. As you can see, we have quite a few we have not heard from. Maybe they are traveling around and will up date us much later.

It is an optimistic date listed, but it could happen. Current data is running average at 150 days, but previous months says this should go down. Yours is a date that says it goes down further, so probably, 125 days is a more realistic estimate, today. Tomorrow could be different as the data comes in.

Nooneufo and myself are working on cleaning up the existing tables and adding additional tables.

 

Currently, I am consolidating Noonefu's spreadsheet into several tabs, where the first tab is similar to a database table. Then information on a Member has to only be input in one place. The remaining tabs, are for tables, where the calculations and more importantly the formating will be automated (almost, but not quite automatic). This will reduce both of our work in the future. More on this later.

 

As Nooneufo stated, we are still having a posting problem with the tables. We are working with Donasho to correct this. The Historical Interview Table by CFL member is an example of the posting problem we are now experiencing. If anyone wants to see the testing we are doing, occasionally check the "Testing Part 9" post in LL.

 

Our first new table is a historical average table for P3 - P4 - Interview Date times, aggregated into a one month average and a three month running average. This is a straight statictical average. I will come up to speed on Nooneufo's variations and incorporate these in the future.

 

The table is only for CFL member timelines and aggregates the K1 / K3 / CR1 interviews together. This is a start. We will separate these and also add 001 timelines in the table. The problem is a sufficient sample size.

i just recalled that even though i was present during the interview it was NOT made known to the VO... edith somehow forgot to mention it to the VO during the interview.

 

although, she did mention it to the lady who received her med papers in the morning. maybe this info could have trickled down to the VO before the interview.

 

thought i should let you know, not sure how you want this to to affect your stats.

Originally decided to keep this information on the list, if the USC was at the Interview, because I took it to mean that it was very likely they would send their passport in with their SO to the interview. As I said in another thread, my SO was primed to get that in front of the VO asap.
