AOS questions

Married May 3rd and trying to get these AOS thingies done but as usual a few government instructions are confusing......

 

1) Should I -485 and I-765 checks be made out to "CIS"?

 

2)I - 131 check made out to "Department of Homeland Security"?

 

3)What am I suppose to do with I-693 and I -693 supplement for a K1

 

4) Any suggestions of using USPS or Private courier

K1 does not need I-693. You will need the vac supplement filed out by a civil surgeon. I did not send the vac sup with my I-485 as it will only need be updated again before the interview. I am bringing mine to the interview with me next week. Remember, save copies of everything as you will need all the same stuff when you go to intereview, according to the department of redundancy department.

 

I made out all of mu cyhecks to UCIS-but that was a year ago
