USCIS is moving so fast, I am finding it hard to keep up. On 9/28 we received an email notifying us of our visa interview appointment in Guangzhou on 10/28. They are now dispensing appointment letters and P4s electronically. I guess no more waiting for EMS snail mail. Is this something new, or has it been this way for a while? These are the instructions we received via email:

For K1 visa, at P4 stage, it required Evidence of Engagement to Fiance(e) attached to DS-156. In fact, we have't had an engagement ceremony or an engagement ring. Just one day, we talked about K1 visa by emails. Then we decided to apply it. So what shall we provide as the Evidence of Engament to Finace(e)? Can we show the consulate Fiance(e) Letter of Intent saying that we are willing to marry him(her) and related emails?What do you suggest?
