  1. Man, I got so many pages of tax returns...what page do I make a copy of?
  2. No...it's okay. I just want to make sure everything is okay
  3. I worked half the year in 2004 because I had just came back from teaching English in China in February 04 and didn't find a job until June 04. So...I bashfully made 22k in 04. As of Feb 15, 2005 I got a new job and currently gross 68k. Obviously, in my previous job I made I would've made more had I worked the whole year. In 2003, I worked half the year and claimed 25k, and in 2002, I made a whopping 50k. I know this sounds all jacked up, but I really don't think I need a cosign What do you yall think?
  4. I won't be able to make my wife's interview so I'm going to scan my passport and make copies. Do I need to make a copy of every page or just the ones that pertain to my travels to China?
  5. Hey Everyone, This is what I wrote: April 10, 2005 Dear Visa Officer: This letter will answer pertinent questions to my wife’s Visa interview: How and when did you meet your wife? I met my wife while I was teaching English in Zhuhai, China. We met at book store in Zhongzhon in November 2003. When you left China in February of 2004 why did you only visit your wife one time and why aren’t you here today for her interview? When I first came back to the United States in February of 2004 I did not have a job or a place to live so I lived with my parents in Kentucky. It took me from February of 2004 to June 2004 to find a job at Wal-Mart. My goal was to visit her the first time before I started my new job in June; however I only had a week’s notice from the hire date to my first day at work. Then, I wanted to visit her after my training in September, but then I was immediately transferred to New Mexico. As soon as I arrived at my first store I put in for vacation in the last part of October and the first part of November of 2004. This is our Hong Kong trip accompanied by VHS tape. Finally, I wanted to visit her again in the first part of 2005 but I changed jobs February 15 with, once again a weeks notice. This is also why I couldn’t make the interview. In addition, I rather use the extra money to prepare a nice lifestyle for my wife, who I love very much! What do you love about your wife? She’s very sweet, feminine, kindhearted, and she always smiles. She has a soft voice that will humble any strong man’s heart; but most importantly I feel God brought us together and He wants me to take care of her.
  6. Thanks Everyone, I guess the tally is write it but they probably won't look at it.

  10. What do I need from my bank for the interview?
  11. Thanks Everyone, and thanks for the picture compliment...that was done at the Garden Hotel by her brother n law who is a professional photographer. One last question, in regards to the bank what exactly needs to be done there? Just a bank statement?

  20. My wife has already received her p3 for her k3 visa in December 04. Now, my I-130 information is at NVC and they are requesting $65 to further process my application. However, we'll file for my wife's AOS after she arrives in America. Do I need to let NVC know this or just ignore their letter? Thank you,
  21. Does anyone else have any comments?
  22. Yeah, I don't know if the person at the HK consulate was an IRS agent but she did notorize it. It said for "IRS purposes only" on top.
