letter from NVC, my 130 approved, the NVC sent my husband letter including the DS-3032, and affidavit of Support(1-864) processing Fee Bill for $65.00 I fill the form on it and sign it on the form Box is " I no longer wise to apply for animmigrat Visa" because I already did my AOS here in USA, but I am bit confused now, because I decided to do my AOS here in USA, shall I also told the NVC that, my address changed from China to USA???? so shall I fill the fome for changing address from China to USA, then send together with form of DS3032???? one more question is we NO NEED to send the $65.00 for Affidavit of Support (1-864) processing Fee Bill.right? need help

Hi, dear all, I just want to know if hold the K3 Visa, does not need to apply the AP if you want to travell outside of States then go back to USA with out any questions?? well, yes, when I was submitted my AOS and I-765 Ead last month, I did send the copy of the approval Notice of 130 together with the forms and all the supportting Documents, 1 week later, I got the 1-797 C Notice of Action,which means received notice from Department of Homeland Security , then the following step is Biometrics for me, which is for the appointment for my fingerprint, I will be done on this Thursday morning here in FBI ofice, we made the appointment with them on phone early this month. so I would like to know after my fingerprint done, how long shall I wait to get my AOS approved??? does anyone have some experience here like me who live in Michigan with K3 visa?? because all the AOS applications since 1st of Dec2004 should handed to the Chicago office, now there is no website can check their processing schedule, I would like to know, in my case where shall I ask or check after my fingerprinted done??? I am here with k3 visa, arrived in USA before Christmas, then we applied the AOS before Christmas, all the docs were sent to Chicago, then we got the Notice of the Action, next week, we will get my fingerprint done on FBI office here in Mi, so I don't know how long my AOS will be processed, I live in Michigan, hope sooner the better, one more thing, is my 130 was approved, got the letter from NVC, ask us to fill the form DS- 3032 to send back to them, so we just need to send DS-3032 to them I am in USA now, so on DS-3032 form there are 4 box asked for choice, 1 is like appoint....... as my agent or attorney to receive mail about my application Mail from USA Department of State concerning my immigration visa application should sent to...... the 2nd box is I dont appoint an agent or an attorney to receive mail about my ........... the 3nd box is I have already legally immigtated to USA and do not need to apply for an immigration visa........ the 4th box is I no longer wish to apply for an immigrant visa, so now one question is I already did my AOS here in USA, when I fill this DS-3032 form I just click box 4 , right?? the Box 4 is I no longer wish to apply for an immigration Visa, I make the box 4, then shall I also tell them that my address changed from China to USA?? so shall I write my USA address???? thank you so much for all the help, have a great evening.

well, since your wife was here in State, you have 2 choice for get her PR, 1st for continue the Cr1, then she must go back to GZ for interview, 2nd, you can make the AOS here in State, which you will fill the form of the I-845 for Adjustment of Status, I am here 2 weeks ago, my husband and me decided to do the AOS here in State, we are now preparing the all the Docs, want to send them out before 2005, wish me good luck!

Happy Holidays, I just got here in States with K3 visa, now my hubby and me will do the AOS here in USA, so now I need some help for some forms questions, 1st, for the 1-864 Form which is Affidavit of Support, after my hubby finished filling this form, shall this form will be in Notary to notarization???? yes??? or No???? also for the medical examinaton for the form of 1-693, shall we need to fill?? but when I was in Chicago airport , the immigration Officer already opened my visa package which including my medical report, he will forward to the local immigration office here in Mi which we are resident now here in USA, so we no need to fill this form for 1-693, right? or Not? thanks for all the help, Merry Christmas and happy new year. well, thanks for the CFL, I got the K3 visa yeterday, but my adopted daughter did not get, the reason is when my husband came to China to marry me, she is over the 18 years old, so yesterday when we went to the American embassy in GuangZhou to pick up the visa, I was told, my adopted daughter can not get the K4 visa, because she was over the 18 years old when my husband married me last year, so now how can I do? shall I apply what kind of the visa?? on website of 001, I was told , my husband need to apply for her for the 130 form， but need to f2a, what is the f2a?? now my adopted daughter is 19 years old. well, for the professional pictures for the Chinese girls, most of the girls like to use the professional, for my ponits of view, that is not real her, if you are real looking for the relationship or the commitment, I don't think it is good idea to put the professional pictures on the line, you can just put the normal pictures, then if both get communiate each ohter more, you can sending more pictures and so on, I know, from on line dating, the pictues are most important, nice good pictures are starting the communiate, make the chemistry( maybe)? well, I think so, this girl maybe maybe us this to attract the man, not only you , maybe also someone else! well, I got my p3 on 29th of March, I sent the P3 back to GZ on 12th of April, then the GZ got my P3 on 13th of April, I still not get any information for my interview date yet, sent the email to GZ, no reply, so I sent today, hope my p4 will come soon.

I am sleeping alone too here in China, I can not get sleep when there is some one share the bed or the room with me too, when my husband was in China, I complains most of the way he sleeps, he moves around when he sleep, I sleep only stay in one way, hardly ever to turn around and move around, I thought only he did like that , now I know most of the hubbies do the same, haaa, anyway, I think in the future when I will move to USA, we need to have the big big KingSize bed.
