Hi, Everyone, How many digits should the IV Case Number on the actual visa be? Its similar to our NVC case number but there are two extra digits at the end. Is this a mistake or that's how it should be. Thanks in advance for your responses. eg. NVC case number :GUZ********** (10 digits) IV case number :GUZ**********01 (12 digits)

Also I just noticed that the case number on my visa is two digitsn (01) longer than the case ID assigned to me before, is this Normal?

Hi, Everyone, I just want to thank you everyone on this forum. This forum has helped us a lot during this process. Especially the lawyer we hired is not very sharp. So I just want to put the timeline of my case on here for someone's future reference. My husband has filed the petition last July and about two weeks later the petition was approved At the end of August, the consulate has sent me the package with instructions how to sumbit DS-230. After 10 days of submitting the form DS-230，consulate sent me an email about instructions on how to schedule an appointment. I had my interview on March 18th and was approved and the status on CEAC changed to AP immediately after the interview and the status further changed to Issued on March 19th. On March 24th, my passport status has changed to Origination Scan. I finally received the visa package on March 28th. Now I am planning on leaving soon. Last could anyone let me know what would I expect to encounter at the Port of Entry. Is the process easy, has anyone been denied admission before. Thanks,

Thanks, Randy, the status has just changed from AP to Issued. Now I just need to wait for the Passport. Thank you for your help.

Hi, guys, I had my interview yesterday and the VO told me congrats, your visa has been approved and give me the approval letter. But when I got on CEAC and checked the visa status, it says Administrative Processing. I am not a CCP member and the VO did not ask me for any additional documents at the interview, just told me to pick up my passport at the CITIC location I have picked. Is this something I should be concerned?
