Hello, yes, i have my senators office making a guz case inquiry once a month now for the last 10 months, to no avail. same old guz responce you are in ap. now theyre tellin me they will only inquire once every 45 days,cause theres no urgency. they just keep tellin me they cant make guz do nothing. great immigration system isnt it. like i said before,how can we get approval at interview,then get blue slipped 4 times in 14 months. i dont think anyone has ever had to experience this,or can give even an idea as to what the hell the guz devils are tryin to do to us. Lee vd, mind if i ask how it was your wife was able to visit you so often in the states? thanks for askin about the useless congressional critters. talk to ya later. Davy

Hello, just wanna send out abig thank you to all who took there time to read my post,and sympathise. especially the one they call tsap. well we're still in ap,i believe its going into 1 year and 4 months now,and its the same old b.s. no answers for anything from anyone. just another blue piece of paper that ask for nothing. maybe they want us to wait another year for nothing,then have to update everything again, and then wait another year,and update again....who knows. at this point its now sickening beyond words. the real kicker is we had the pink in 7-2010. how can it be?? i guess they cant come up with a good enough reason to explain how bad they really messed up, i was told by our attourney,they may have lost the file. well any way,we just keep hopin,and prayin that we get the good news soon. we'll keep ya posted,and thank you. thank you. 14 months in ap. isnt guz great. so all you out there cryin about 3 months,be prepared,and good luck.

in may2011 guz said ap was complete. now we are back in ap. no explanation why. now in ap total 14 months. that = 1 year and 2 months total ap.

Hello, its been over 1 year since 1st pink interview. after 10 months guz told us administrative processing was complete. then they send another blue,update meds and criminal records. send em that,and 1 month later another blue. now were at 13 months since 1st pink,and no visa,and no explanation why. see my post "5 months wait since blue-guz brutality" read it to undersand the whole story. hope to hear from you all soon. Hello, well we at the 9 month marker now,and we just found out from dos that guz admin.processing may take 2 years. nothin nobody can do. i really like the way hillary clinton comes off on china to release all those politcal prisoners,cause of human rights. well look what dos is doin to all of us good us citizens and our familys. sounds like double standards bullshit to me! yes, china is lookin better and better to me every day. Hello, well i wish you the best with your case. as i said before we got pink,then returned passport,and blue. we been waitin 9 months and all guz will tell us is the old admin.processing every time. we've had congressional involment for 2 months now,and they just tell them the same thing too. and cong. says there aint nothin they can do either. pretty sad. dos in washington says,well we dont know,it could take up to 2 years for guz to complete processing. again what a sad broken govt.system we got here in the good ole usa. guz dont have usc hour anymore. i would like to speak to someone there myself,but its impossible,they got all the angles covered. just a bunch of chicken shit scumbag cowards hidin out in there fortress they call an u.s. embassy,makin a joke out of damaging good honest peoples lives. go to guz and get turned away cause you aint got an appointment,cause you cant even get one to begin with. only communication is through email,and they just ignore them too. maybe you just sneak the wife in from mexico,like everyone else does,then the govt.will treat you like royalty,just like all the illegals allready here. sad sad sad. oh well,what can we do? i probably be movin to china soon,at least the chinese govt.wont stop me from bein there for my wife,like the u.s. does to her. and yes another job goes to china.....sounds like a win win for china. i really love china more and more everytime i return. talk at ya later.
