  1. My Fiancee's daughter wants to travel at a different time. The visa officer said that was ok. However, when they sent the visa package, they put all of the information together in one package. Can her daughter still enter the U.S.? Does she have to have her own package? I do not know if this makes a difference, she is over eighteen. I copied the front of the package.
  2. Today is Saturday morning.(China time)The visa package has arrived!!! My Fiancee did not wait for the delivery. She went with her brother to pick it up at the post office. Talk about the last minute. I had already purchased her plane ticket for Monday the 24th.The EMS website still didn't have a record of receiving the package. All is well that ends well. Monday, we begin a new lifelong journey together.
  3. Hello Everyone, My fiancee and daughter passed the interview October 12th. They gave their home address in Changsha for the visa package to be delivered. The notice they give you says that the visa package is given to EMS in two or three days. Today is the 20th. EMS has not received their visa package. Yesterday, I sent an email to the consulate to find out where the package is. No response yet.Is this normal? Is there another way to find out where the visa package is? I am scheduled to return to the U.S. on the 24th. I would really like to bring my Fiancee with me!!!
  4. Yes. I found out that I have the priveledge of paying $70.00 dollars for the second bag. I do feel honored. The important thing is that I got my Fiancee on the same plane as me. I had bought a round trip ticket to China. We can enter the country together.I have weighed all of my suitcases to make sure I do not exceed the fifty pound limit.
  5. Hello Everyone, Well after standing around for three days, (medical exam, submit documents, and the interview) my Fiancee and her daaughter received their visas. The interview was quick and easy. About three or four questions. How many times was I married? How did we communicate? They looked at a few pictures and said congratulations. Needless to say my Fiancee and Daughter were overjoyed as was I. I will return to America on the 24th. I will use Sanfrancisco as my entry point. One question. Do the airlines (United) waive the weight limit for luggage for Immigration? With two women, the suitcases will be heavy?
  6. We have our interview date!! It is October 11th. I was not expecting an early date. I just finished booking my flight. Right in the middle of their National holiday. My Fiancee is very excited as am I. We sent our P3 packet to Guangzhou September 3rd. I am already starting to pack!!!
  7. Thank you. Actualy, I can speak some Chinese. I have spent 2.5 years in China working for my company. In that timeframe I have picked up about one thousand words. I met my Fiancee in person in Changsha, September 18th 2010. I spent three weeks with her and her family. In October 2010, I went to work for three months in Fuzhou. My Fiancee Travelled with me and spent the entire time by my side. I had a chance to speak with the hotel maid. I felt very good because she could understand my Chinese. We text each other several times a week. I use Pinying to text her, She responds the same. I can understand about 90% of her text message. Yes, I did front load my application with with evidence of communication.
  8. Hello everyone, Thank you for your responses about the documents my Fiancee for got to include in Packet three. New issue. My Fiancee and I have been using Yahoo instant message to chat. We also have web cam. We chat at least three times a week. For further EOR, I have been time stamping and printing the conversations. The issue is that they are in Chinese. I have a translation program I purchased so we could communicate easier. She sends me her message in Chinese and I translate it into English. I write my message in English and transalte it into Chinese and send it back to her. As you might imagine, our conversations are about 2 or 3 hours in length. Question is, should these be given to the VO if they ask for more evidence? Also since her English is poor, do they still offer the option of Chinese for the interview. Documents I am including; Updated EOR for me and her. Three years of tax transcripts. Updated letter of intent. Employment letter(notorized?) Letter from her Family. More pictures. I-134 This is a Fiancee visa. Her and her Daughter are coming to America at the same time. Thank you for all of your help.
  9. Hello All, My Fiance received the first packet from Guangzhou. In the instructions it states to send a copy of the bio page from her passport. She did not include that when she mailed the material back to Guangzhou. What to do? Thank you.
  10. Hello Everyone, I filed my I129F form in March. They received March 2nd. I received an RFE notice May 26th. They wanted more information. They received my additional information June 7th. I checked the USCIS website and it told me that the response could take up to 60 days. Has anybody had a similar experience? Does Immigration really take that long for an RFE? Thank you for your help.
  11. Hello Everyone, I am getting ready to file the I-129f. I was married for a short time to a Chinese woman who wanted a ticket to America. Our marriage lasted 2 years. However, she ended the marriage before I filed for her 10 year green card. My question is, in my current application, should I include a letter explaining the situation of the previous marriage? And, Did I read correctly? The filing fee is $340.00? Thanks for the help.
  12. Hello everyone, My Fiancee's daughter and her mother for that matter, have one name on their birth certificates and another name on their ID cards. The Family name is the same on both documents. The name that was changed is their first names. I know on Line 7 of the I-129F form, it asks for other names used. That is for the mother. What about the daughter? Is this a big deal. What is the protocol for this?
  13. hello Everyone, I first want to thank you for all of the valuable information I have received. It has been a big help.My new question is, Since I am adding my daughter to the I129F form, do I need to fill out seperate documents for her? G-325a, DS_230, etc?
  14. Hello Everyone, My futre wife's daughter is over eighteen. I know I must marry in the U.S. My question is, if her daughter turns 21 before she receive her visa to the U.S., what happens? Is she able to come over at the same time as her mother? Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
  15. Bulkfan, what is your home city? That usually drives the length of time for the AOS to process. They will expedite, if it looks like a potential age-out. Write on the envelope in big letters, "Potential age-out - please expedite" My home city is Portland, Oregon. I would like to file now, but I do not have all of my information with me.
