Don't know what it was called, but there was a section that was closed off, no cars were allowed. I didn't notice any smells either, well, nothing out of the ordinary. I think that is the area, when I was there they had lots of tents set up for an international food fest but the smell coming from that alley turned my stomach but my GF was all excited she had to go eat some of that stuff in fact we had a thread on it before it was stinky tofu and it was bad. sounds like Durian... it's a fruit... huge like jr football size and prickly...smells like rotton garbage only worse... Cat loves the stuff says you have to aquire the taste first time you won't like it 2cnd time you start to like it 3rd time you love it. Cat tricked me and ordered some dumplings with it in them.... oh my god......horrible I could not get rid of the taste. I'm normally willing to eat just about anything as long as it is not activally crawling off the plate. But never ever will I eat it again rat

Couldn't agree more, strikes me as extremly unfair for singles and couples with out children have to pay such high property taxes ie school taxes when reaping no benifet at all. rat
