Thank You so much for the support and Info I love her very much and I am willing to do anything to save our marriage, we have spent many days talking about this. but she does not want to stay married she feels she made a huge mistake by marrying in the first place. Her main purpose for staying here is so her son can finish school because if they go back to China he will be far behind. No worries of deportation, she is a Lawful PERMANENT Resident now with NO conditions on the residence. If married 3 years, why not see if she wants to become a citizen, she can petition for citizenship at 3 years of marriage, but will have to wait until the 5 year anniversary of LPR status to file for citizenship after the divorce. Her being a US citizen satisfies the I-864 that you filed to sponsor her.

Hi everyone, Me and my wife has been married 3 years she just got conditional status removed. We are on very friendly terms and are still married but she does not want to stay married. She has a problem with men when she was 6 years old she was molested Then her first husband went with the other woman after only being married 2 months so she does not like being touched by a man and she shows no Intimacy She thought it would be different with me but the emotioal scars are to deep she wants to be by herself. If we get a divorce will they try and deport her she wants to stay in the US for now but does ntot know about the future

My Fiancee, Linmei, also asked me about the multipule police certificates because I had told her to get one from every place she lived for six months or more since she turned sixteen. Which is many because college and work she is a doctor. She said she read on 001 that she only needed the one because it is computerized and show for all of China. When she went to the police in Qingtongxia they tried to charge her double she did not pay and got quite angry. She later went to Yinchaun the capital city of Ningxia province, with a friend that knew the chief of police got the clearence at the regular price and also got the police in trouble in her home town. They messed with the wrong woman that time. They all say the one will be fine as long as it cover all of China since age 16.

I can't believe it last night called DOS 2:30 hawaii time The closed message until 8:50 went back to sleep called at 3:30 AM Put on hold 15 minutes almost hung up right then finally some one answered. I am mad ask why what time You open this morning told at 8;30 I said I called from 8:30 until 8:50 and always same recording we are open so and so please call back during these hours I ask why the answer machine is on and no one answers told there must be something wrong with the system will have it checked out. OK I am trying to find out what is going on with our visa application. What is the case # no what name or birthdate. So I give the case # Please hold a minute Then The MIRACLE She has an interview date on January 21 at 8:00 am The P4 was sent out today she should recieve any day now. I called Mei after I got off the phone with DOS She Said she has not been able to sleep last night or the night before was thinking something was wrong. She is so Happy now, niether of us can believe it. I am sending my passport for visa tomorrow and as soon as I am done here I will start checking airline dates and prices Next Month I will see My Princess and bring her home with me I will not leave China without her. I pray the rest of The August P3s get thier P4 s this month. It looks good.

Filled November 2003 I don't know one way or the other if name check is completed. P3 early August have called DOS many times since then have to wake up 2:30 AM to call DOS from Hawaii Always get same answer P3 is in Guangzho Consalate. I ask do you have any more info. do you know if name check is completed No more info Interview is not schueled yet P3 has been recieved. I am praying for a February interview Thats 15 months and if the name check is not done yet what am I looking at another six months or more my heart is very heavy. The woman I Love is Hopeful but very very dissapointed and hurt by this system it has disrupted her whole life The waiting is hard enough for me but I don't knoiw how she can Bear it. The doubts of her friends and family her own feelings of what could be the problem. These men and women in China waiting to come here and be with us all need our unresolved support and should be comeneded on thier strength and faith. I know I found the right woman for me and I tell her that daily. I don't complain about the time when I talk with her I don't want her to feel any worse. Sure I tell her how much I miss her. I try and talk about how great our life will be in the future and how lucky I am that I know her now. How Good the present is because she is in my life we have the rest of our lives to live together. Then when I am of the phoneI pray that soon we will get the interview date. I will try calling DOS again tonight hopeing for good news.Thanks

If we only had A year to wait I would feel Greatful and lucky at the end of this month we will have a yaer since I-129f. And it still looks like if we are lucky Mei will get her interview in February sometime. And there are some waiting longer than us I feel deeply for them. What keeps me going is that I know eventually I will spend the rest of my life with the most wonderful woman in the world. I just hope I have some life left when this process is over.

Hi I am confused I thought I read somewhere the picture requirements had Changed to the same as the passport with the frontal view. But on the instuctions in the P3 it said The three quarter view like the visa picture Can anyone answer this question That is sure and not just guessing. Thank You

OK I just came home from work and read the rest of the reply. The only real Question I had for Jason was Why are You so mad, The rest of my post was about everyone petitioning in China not only Candle and I did not specificly say anyone or everyone would be looking for someone else right away. Or that any who met on the internet or any other way did not have a Legitinate Relationship. There is nothing wrong with meeting on the net. If I had not met A girl on the net I would not have been in China to meet Mei. And Yes truthfully I have to say I am jealous of Jasons timeline who wouldn't be. But I also wish him a Quick and easy process like everyone else. The SHUT UP AND WAIT I only said because he said it so many times in his post I now know I used the wrong words and I am sorry for that Jason. I didn't mean it to sound like I was telling You to shut up and wait. Because like I said the post was not directed to any one person I was just Quoting what Jason said. It came out wrong and I apolligize to everyone. There has to be some way of checking if the relationship is Legit and that will take time what can we do. JASON LEGITIMATE RELATIONSHIPS Why are you so mad Your time line is much shorter than most.. And lets be real This is not only for you but all of us. We have to look at the reality of the situation. Almost everyone met there partner on the internet and within afew months went to China for a week or two one time and now they are married or going to get married. I know if something happened to the person Petioning, that is the so called Love of a lifetime to the person in China. That In most cases within in a couple of months and maybe only a couple of days they would be back online looking for that once in a lifetime Love again. Do they love You or the opportunity you represent. And the same for the person here if something happened to that person in China and they would not be coming. How many would be online that day or the next Looking again for that once in a lifetime Love. It has to be hard to believe by the people working in the embassy that all these internet relationships could be totally sincere. Just look at the facts and You might see a little more clearly why all petitions are not just passed. I know in some cases There is a deep and true love between the two, but to just assume this would be ridiculous. sURE IT IS A LONG HARD WAIT!! But for those who really Love each other its worth it You can have a lifetime of happines together. So Shut up and wait. And for the ones who are not willing to wait maybe they should not be together. One more thing, one Embassy in China to process all these petitions, the most populated country in the world and the amount of people wanting to come here from there growing everyday how could they keep up. Maybe it would be a better idea to throw away all the Regulations and just let them all come right now. NOT!!!!! Sorry if this pisses off a lot of people I do not like waiting either it is very difficult I Love Mei very much and talk with her on the phone everyday This site is here to help people to get the right information to bring thier loved ones here and maybe make the wait a little more bearable. Sometimes we have to try to be a little more understanding. I know most Chinese women want A very understanding man. What if You or I was the one working in the Embassy. With thousands of petitions to process. And Emails and letters and phone calls everyday asking what is going on what is taking so long why is this or that not done yet. HELP!!!!! I just don't know. One thing I do know I will wait and at some point we will be together and that will be the best day of my life until the next day and that will become the best day in my life. and then the next day get my point. The woman I am going to marry I met while I was in China. I first went there to meet in person, a Chinese lady that I met on the internet. Even after spending 10 days with her she still had me convinced that she loved me and wanted to marry .She was very beautiful and I was totally enthralled with her. After I came back she started asking for money. either she was sick and could not work or her parents who lived far away had health problems, and she wanted to see them before they might die. It was always something. When I was there the first nine days never went past holding hands, she claimed to be a modern Chinese woman with old style thinking and upbringing. And then the last day she was willing to have sex, she was the one who brought it up it made me suspicious and uncomfortable because we had talked and I was willing to wait for the marriage. So it never happened and I am glad for that. After time the Emails got less and less from her side. Then I got an Email saying the diamond fell out of the engagement ring I gave her. A half carat diamond with a very strong 6 prong platnium mount. More suspicions from my side. I called another woman I met in China that I trusted and she did not want to talk with me it took much pleading and several calls to find out that I was being decieved. To put many people in a catagory and say Chinese women on the internet are this way or that way would be wrong, the same thing can happen in any crountry, people are people good and bad no matter where you are from. In my experience Chinese women are generally shy and would not easily disrobe and talk about it with out other motives than Love. I was in China 3 times for a month or more with my Now fiancee and we did not even Kiss until the 3rd time I was there. I have to say I truly believe she is the best thing that ever happened to me in My whole life of 54 years, and I Love and respect her more than anyone on this Earth, I also believe she feels the same about me. Sometimes what we see and hear and read can be cloudy so we have to be careful and try and look into our own hearts and the heart of the one we Love. And ask some of the important Questions. Is this the person I want to spend my life with, or is it only the person I want to have sex with. I think I we look hard and deep we will get the answer. OH! Yes those other times in China I wanted to Kiss Her so bad I shudder when I think about it. But now I am so happy That it did not happen ,If It would of been so easy for me to kiss her, what about the next guy. Mei is truly the type of woman I always wanted to share my life with She just happens to be Chinese. Which makes life a little more exciting. Hi Gang, Thanks for all the help. And the people who Emailed me with Email addresses and Phone numbers it is much appreciated. Well I just got off the phone with Linmei for about an hour. We went over the papers One Question and answer at a time and its all done. I am confident it is all right. The P3 will be sent sack io Guangzho tomorrow morning since She is now at work. I am sure she will contact some wifes and fiancees. About the passport and police certificates. Thanks again I could not be happier right now. I choose to be very positive. I believe that our papers will move very quickly through the rest of the process. You know when evereything just seems to go wrong like a lemon car. but other times when nothing goes bad a car that never breaks down not even a flat tire. The oppisite of A lemon. Well I believe No break downs or Flats in the future for our application. For some unforseen reason the rest will go by Quickly and smoooothly no hitches.
