  1. I'm sorry to hear about all of your troubles Mama Bear and Paula. My wife and I are getting ready to apply for a CR1 and I'm worried because she is a yubei dangyuan (Ô¤±¸µ³Ô±). I mentioned this in my first post here: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=21152 Do any of you here know if yubei dangyuan count as having the same status as regular party members in the eyes of GUZ? Anyway, I'm sure that everything will work out for both of you two. Like other members are saying its just a matter of time. Stay strong!
  2. First off I would like to say that I think you all have a great community here. I've found many of the things on this site very useful. I have a question concerning the [cough] asinine [cough] law prohibiting communist party members from getting an immigrant visa. My wife, who just recently graduated from university, is a yubei dangyuan (Ô¤±¸µ³Ô±). She applied for this during her freshman year, and officially became a yubei dangyuan last fall. She paid some dues and went to a bunch of meetings, but she never took the next step to official party member. Does anyone know if this counts as being a party member? Will we have to put this on her form (I can't remember what the form is now) later on down the line? By the way, we're in the middle of preparing our application right now. What a stressful process!
