  1. Dear GUZ When my wife gets her interview date, will she be able to bring our daughter to the interview with her? Our daughter already has her american passport from shanghai but not sure if she will be able to come with my wife with her interview in the future. Thank You

Hi all, this forum been very helpful and the members here are amazing i have a question, my wife is about to give birth to our baby soon and im curious what paper work would i need to bring to the us embassy for my baby. new at this kinda step but a step foward in being a dad so if anyone has a idea whats the process or idea please share =) wife is currently in china, due to denial on first interview but wanna be able to bring my child back in the states if anything Thanks
  3. Hi CFL members, this forum been great to learn and share information Currently i got the blue slip along with 2 other sheets asking for more infomation or proof. But i also got a white slip saying. Based on your case, you may submit documents by mailing them directly to the Consulate at: Include this blue sheet, any other refusal sheets, and return address. If anyone has gone threw this expierence before and like to share some more infomation, Please share. Thank You CFL members =)
  4. go and talk reality into her.. i suggest you fly back and show her atleast you care, and u won't give her up without a fight.. day by day i miss my wife too.. i call her 2x a day and its been crazy lately waiting for her to be with me.. guess ill be alone this xmas. waiting for my I129-F to get appoved.. but hey nothing we can really do.. i just hope my wife stand by my side.. but i dont blame her if she does find sum1 better in life.. in life there is always better and its whom you choose which makes it perfect.. reality is your key. go take action.. best wishes

  6. Hello CFL members. I currently file my application on the I-130F, I29-F, but currently my wife lost her cell phone # i filed on the application is there anything i need to do or can do to update a new # to tell them to update the application anyhelp will be great Thank you
  7. Yes i hope its good news too, my application has been transferred to vermont service center for processing too. i hope this is good new and get a NOA2 soon =)

Our office in VERMONT SERVICE CENTER will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center. National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283. *The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received from the USCIS. *** Please do not respond to this e-mail message. I sent this application to Chicago, IL but im not sure why they transferred the petition to Vermont. the I130 was sent to Vermont. any input would help. thank you CFL members =) is this good?
