Hi everyone, My wife came here with K-1 visa, we are waiting for the interview now, we done the ASC Appointment Notice last week. We went to SSN office two times, and finally, yesterday we got the letter that " we cannot give you a Social Security card at this time" You documents has expired Your alian status changes, or is renewed, so you can work in U.S. I know the agent made a mistake told us she is waiting for USCIS to verify her visa. I thought K-1 visa can get SSN. I guess I have to apply again later when she get her green card. Good Luck!

Hi everyone, She got approved on second K-1 visa. I guess we were very lucky our attorney "MarcEllis" which petition our second K-1 was in Guangzhou. I really don't know how to thank him. He came to our hotel Sunday with her Chinese assistant. He wrote a letter for me interviewed her, he checked our documents. Her assistants came back Monday with new folders and organized our papers, they toke more pictures of us. They done everything for us. He did not asked for any money??? I will send him a gift. He was sent by God to us. My fiance said they asked her: When we met first time, how many times I came to China and they saw our pictures. I want to thank everyone here. Ramin.

Better yet, What does the letter from the Sentor say? And why did you have to get one? Hi, Everyone here think that I should not petition another K-1. My second K-1 suggested by my Sentor in writing that you should not wait for first K-1 which expired. I hired an attorney for second K-1. I got the second chance now. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I posted alraedy, that my fiance went for her medical exam last week, They checked her name, they said she toke the exam on Oct, 2008, and the medical examer contacted the consulate that she done her exam less than a year. The consulate said she dose not needed. They did not give her any sealed paper. I was worried I went to Ach/Acs and asked both that we were denied our first K-1 and she toke the exam less than a year ago, they told me on ACH and again I asked on ACS to make sure. They said she dose not needed, and also i emailed the consulate. Now I got a email from the consulate that she needs a medical exam for a new K-1. I don't think we have enough time for the exam we need full 3 days for the exam and we would not make it. I will go with her to medical exam tomorrow to see If I can get it. In Ach the VO worte on the computer under her case number that If they said no, then she dose not needed, and wrote that I am very concern. It's getting more confusing, I'm glad that I am in Guangzhou otherwise she would get denied again!!! This is a lesson that everyone should come to Guangzhou to fix these problems, before their fiance interview. Do anyone has any idea? Thanks!

Hi everyone, My fiance went for the medical exam, they told her It is valid for one year, she toke the exam on October, 2008. We were denied first fiance visa, new she has an interview next week. They did not give her (The original Medical results in sealed envelope). I went today for ACH, the VO was a very nice man, he said he will noted on her file. Dose she need the envelope or they have the old one which is valid for one year. Thanks!

Hi, My fiance is using one of the companies in the consulate to do just Package-3 and P-4 paper works, which the price is around $100. She dose not use them for the interview services. We need concourse on high to help us.

Signing the I-134 is also swearing that the attached evidence (Employer letter, IRS returns and pay stubs) are also true and accurate under penalty of perjury. Hi everyone, I called Visa center today at 202-663-1225 to see If our denied K-1 visa, which Guangzhou consulate sent back on 12-11-2008 recieved by USCIS. She told me, the USCIS got the document today, and I asked her If she tells me why we were denied. She said missing documents, and she dose not know anything more. I guess I have to call the USCIS to appeal and see the reason we got denied. The consulate did not give us a chance to show any documents.I like to know what was missing, before our new K-1 interview in few months. Thanks.

Hi, We were denied in our first K-1 white slip, I petition a new K-1 and asked Consulate what happened to my old k-1, which i want to appeal. They responded with above email, with wong last name. Our new k-1 sent by NVC to Guangzhou 1-26-2009.

Hi everyone, The Guangzhou consulate emailed to me has a mistake my fiance last name is not ZHANG, and I emailed last night to consulate, and requested they should issue us a visa as soon as possible, there is no reason to wait for our new K-1 to get to Guangzhou from NVC their mistake cause our visa to be denied.
