Hi all, here I have two questions need to help. Now I'm applying for the AOS, unfortunately, my husband lost the I-797, Approval notice for I-129F petition(NOA2), so what I should do? I remember the Number inside, does that work if I tell INS? the next question is we got the ADDIDAVIT OF Support before, but now seemed changed to be a new 864 form, so do we must use the new one? waterandfish, I really feel sorry that the present situation make you feel this way, you are such a girl bright and always opmitistic, but the crule situation changed us and keep depressing every one. From Dec. my honey just keep calling DOS almost every day, but so far still pending all the time!? Anyway he hopes that keep calling them can does work a little, but sounds like our situation is still dark. But I still don't think we can do anything to change. Hope you can be strong and positive.

We called DOS before Chinese New Year, was told should be cleared during Chinese New Year, aslo was told they were working on that then..., but until now still no good news. I just wonder maybe beacause of the long holiday, GZ still haven't put people's record into computer.
