  1. You visa should look similar to the 30 days stay, multiple entry.
  2. From I130 filing to interview date less than 4 months.
  3. Same here, did not do anything about our K1 and got our CR1 approved on June 29. Then on July 30 got a denial notice for the K1 from USCIS. Here is the content of the email: Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: Denial Notice Sent On July 30, 2009, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days from July 30, 2009, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.
  4. I did the same as you (K1 refused and CR1 approved). I also attended ACH before the interview which I think helped. Also, at the ACH the VO suggested I write a Letter of Evolution which I did and that was the first thing my wife gave to VO during interview along with my passport. GOOD LUCK AT THE INTERVIEW.
  5. Picked up wife visa July 1 from post office in GUZ and back in Beijing. Now were relieved that this ordeal is behind us.
  6. Can you just send them a tax transcript? When my wife has the interview on Monday 6/29 they reviewed my tax transcript. You can get a copy of it from the IRS. This is from the IRS site: Request transcripts by calling 1-800-829-1040, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return). We do not charge a fee for transcripts. Allow two weeks for delivery.
  7. I've been down this same road too (as many of us have). My K1 was denied then got married and filed an I-130 (CR1). My wife interview was today and she got pink. The things I did prior to the interview may have helped. I first attended ACH and talked to a VO and asked for the interview in mandarin. He said all VO can speak fluent mandarin so that should not be a problem. Then he suggested I should write an evolution letter which I did (it was in a Timeline format). Also, I had my wife take my passport with her for the interview. VO looked at my passport twice during the interview. Yes, file an I-130 and op for electronic processing at NVC. My whole process start to interview date was 4 months.
  8. Got Pink today. Wife finished interview @ 11:50am First my wife gave evolution letter and my passport to VO. Then he typed some stuff into his puter and the questions started. The whole interview was about 3 minutes. Questions asked: When did you meet husband? When did you get married? Do you have photos? I also posted this in my other forum: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?...=36052&st=0
  9. Pull the GUZ slot machine and came up pink Got Pink today. Wife finished interview @ 11:50am First my wife gave evolution letter and my passport to VO. 10. Once USCIS approve you I-130 it will go to NVC and you will have choice of using electronic filling. I used the electronic filling.
  11. Are you flying to Guz from Beijing? Train will take 30 hours +.. Flying
  12. At GUZ and will attend ACH tomorrow (6/22) then come back next week with wife for interview. Staying at Guangzhou Heyuan Hotel (www.rihang.cn) for 180rmb/night.
  13. Using one right now. Just make sure your power supply will support 220V.
  14. I just did a test email and got the same auto-reply. Guess they have changed the method. You may want to call NVC on Monday and ask if you can still email your DS-3032 or FAX?
